The first thing you will need to do is fill out some paperwork for us. This includes paperwork that tells us why you are visiting the clinic, your health history, insurance forms, consent for treatment, contact information ect. This paperwork should take about 15 minutes to complete so keep that in mind when you arrive for your appointment. Click here for the New Patient History Form
Once your paperwork is complete, Dr. Farrah or Dr. Bledsoe will take you back to a treatment room to talk about your problem(s) and the history of your condition. They will ask you many questions in an effort to figure out what is ailing you and how best to treat it.
The physical examination is the next important step to figuring out what is wrong. Chirorpractic is a hands on profession, so the exam will require us to palpate and move different body parts in order to find out what hurts and what does not. We may also ask you to move certain ways as well.
After figuring out what is wrong, we now move on to actually trying to make you feel better. We have many different treatment options at our disposal. Click HERE to see the services we provide at Pathway Wellness.
